Frequently Asked Questions

Does the rate you quoted include everything?

Our rates include fine linens, towels (including beach towels) and cleaning services upon your departure. There is an additional 11% charge for FL tax on the total.

How do I reserve your condominium?

We require a 25% deposit to confirm your reservation. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a Vacation Rental Agreement with the details of your rental. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

What if I have to cancel my trip?

Guests who cancel within 30 days of their arrival may forfeit all prepayments unless the unit is re-booked for the identical time period and rate. There is a $50 cancellation fee. We encourage travel insurance for circumstances such as illness or hurricane.

Do you accept credit cards?

Payments are processed via VRBO’s payment system. We accept most major credit cards and e-checks. Checks must be payable in US funds.

Do you have any special rates or promotions?

When is check in/out?

Units rent from Saturday to Saturday with a 7 night minimum rental. Our 3PM check-in and 10AM check-out times are strictly enforced unless you make arrangements with us beforehand. We can accommodate late arrivals.

Do I need to sign a rental contract?

NO. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a very detailed vacation rental agreement.

Do you rent cribs, etc?
We provide high chairs, beach umbrellas and bed rails. Cribs and other equipment can be rented from Island Rental Services directly.
Is there a grocery store close by?

Bailey’s General Store, an island institution, is within walking distance of Pointe Santo de Sanibel. You can also pre-order your groceries and have them delivered right to the condo. Bailey’s number is 239-472-1516.

Is there parking?

Our deeded parking space is located in the center of the “C” building parking lot close to the elevator. Permits are provided.
